Montec men's ski helmets let you adjust the airflow as the temperature changes. Open the vents on warmer days or close them when you want less air moving through. Detachable ear pads give you another way to adapt the helmet, with black and white finishes to choose from.
MIPS-equipped versions add rotational impact protection. Construction differs too: some use an EPS liner reinforced with aramid bridges for added penetration protection, while the backcountry option has an ABS shell and an EPP multi-impact liner.
The version with a RECCO reflector is currently listed as coming soon. Its built-in reflector gives rescuers a way to locate you during an avalanche search.
The 360° adjustment system gets you a comfortable, secure fit in seconds, and there is no padding to swap in or out before you ride.
A fixed goggle clip holds the strap to the ski helmet. Goggle chimneys provide a separate function: these vents line up with your goggles to let steam escape and help keep your view clear. Check both the attachment and how the goggles sit when trying on your helmet.
